1. What PinPerk Does

PinPerk is a platform that allows content creators ("Pinners") to curate and share cryptocurrency exchange promotional offers — such as red packets, welcome bonuses, and trading campaigns — with their audience. Pinners may include affiliate invite links that direct users to exchange registration pages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PinPerk. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Pinner Accounts

When you register as a Pinner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Only share offers that are genuine and currently valid to the best of your knowledge
• Disclose affiliate relationships to your audience as required by applicable law
• Not impersonate exchanges, other Pinners, or any other person or entity

4. Affiliate Links and Commissions

Pinners may earn commissions from cryptocurrency exchanges when their audience members register or trade through the Pinner's invite link. PinPerk facilitates this by routing clicks through our tracking system. Commission rates and eligibility are determined solely by the respective exchanges — PinPerk makes no guarantees regarding commission amounts or payment timing.

5. Offer Accuracy

PinPerk does not verify the accuracy, availability, or terms of any offer displayed on a Pinner's page. Offers are curated and published by individual Pinners. PinPerk is not responsible for offers that are expired, inaccurate, or subject to eligibility restrictions.

6. Cryptocurrency and Financial Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Nothing on PinPerk constitutes financial or investment advice. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before participating in any offer or registering with any exchange.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PinPerk to:

• Share fraudulent, misleading, or illegal offers
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from PinPerk without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

PinPerk's brand, logo, and original content are owned by PinPerk. Offer content sourced from exchanges remains the property of the respective exchanges. You retain ownership of any original content you contribute as a Pinner, and grant PinPerk a license to display and distribute it through the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PinPerk is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of offer data, or continuity of any affiliate programs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinPerk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PinPerk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
